Product Description
SDL3222 is a kind of blend polyol used for the continuous line, color steel sandwich panel high flame retardant rigid PU foam. It is widely used for the production of cold storage sandwich panel, building roof panel, factory out wall panel, door panel and so on. It used together with isocyanate to make rigid PU foam of the color steel sandwich panel through PU foaming machine and laminating plant. The foam produced has the characteristics as following
Low ODP.
Good flatness, the product is not easy to deformation.
High flame retardant, the low thermal conductivity, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.

Usage Attentions
Suggest matching PM400, Foam strength and dimensional stability are the best.
The flow of foaming machine should be precision, calibration, and the fluctuation range is less than or equal to 1 g/s, High pressure stability, fluctuation range is less than 5 bar; The temperature SDL3222 and MDI could be controlled in 18 -28ºC.
The temperature of the belt on machine is adjustable, from 35 ºC to 80 ºC, The temperature difference between the upper and lower tracks is less than 5ºC. The track speed of the crawler is stable and uniform.
The service temperature of the foam with SDL3222 is between -50~70ºC.
Storage Recommendations
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.
Safety Precautions
Direct contact with SDL3222 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
