Product Description

SDG2104 is a kind of blend polyol of whole water system used in pipe insulation. This kind of product use zero ozone depleting blowing agent (0 ODP), SDG2104 use CO2 as the blowing agent, which produced through the reaction of water and isocyanate. Every performance of SDG2104 finished foam products can meet the requirements of GB/T29047 standard.
The foam produced has the characteristics as following
Water blowing agent, environmental protection, zero ozone depleting blowing agent(0 ODP).
Excellent heat resistance, long service life.
Good thermal insulation performance, high compressive strength.

Usage Attentions

Before foaming, the ratio column of the two components must be checked.Moreover, the operator should reset the radio for a period of time.
SDG2104 and Polymeric MDI should be controlled temperature, Prevented the summer temperature being too high, and heated in winter.
Exhaust before operation, and to avoid polyurethane foam escaped from cracks.

Storage Recommendations

The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.

Safety Precautions

Direct contact with SDG2104 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
