This product is suitable for the production of roof panels and wall panels with a thickness of 15-25mm.
The flow of foaming machine should be precision, calibration, and the fluctuation range is less than or equal to 1 g/s, High pressure stability, fluctuation range is less than 5 bar; The temperature SDL3231 and MDI could be controlled in 18 -28ºC.
The temperature of the belt on machine is adjustable, from 35 ºC to 80 ºC, The temperature difference between the upper and lower tracks is less than 5ºC. The track speed of the crawler is stable and uniform.
The service temperature of the foam with SDL3231 is between -50~70ºC
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.
Direct contact with SDL3231 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
