Product Description

SDJ2401/SDJ2402 is mainly used for thermal insulation layer of the refrigerator and freezer. SDJ2401 is designed for cyclopentane material as the physical blowing agent, while SDJ2402 is designed for 141b as the physical blowing agent. It used together with isocyanate(PM-200) to make rigid PU foam through PU injection foam machine. The foam produced has the characteristics as following:
Good flowing property.
The pore in the core of the foam is very less.
Low thermal conductivity and so on.

Usage Attentions

Mold temperature should be controled in 35 to 40 ºC, Temperature of Polymeric and polyol should be controled in 20 to 25 ºC.
Off mold time should be within 10-40 minutes according the customer's needs.
 

Storage Recommendations

The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.
 

Safety Precautions

Direct contact with SDJ2401/SDJ2402 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
