Product Description

SDP2207  is a kind of blend polyol used for rigid PU foam spray, specially used for the insulation of polyethylene winding prefabricated directly buried pipes. When it combined with isocyanate(PM200) leads to the formation of rigid polyurethane foam by using PU spray machine. The foam formed has the characteristics as following:
Zero ozone depleting blowing agent.
Convenient construction and uniform density.
The low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, good insulation performance, high compressive strength and good dimensional stability.
Low-cost and long service life.

Usage Attentions

It is necessary to increase the mixing pressure of the equipment or increase the heating temperature of blend polyo, isocyanate or pipeline, before using the equipment, it is necessary to carry out material circulation.
During the material circulation, check for leaks and blockages, and calibrate the flow rate of the metering pump.
The basis for judging the mixing effect of raw materials is that the color of the core is uniform, fine porosity, no glass bubbles, and no obvious pinhole phenomenon on the surface of the foam.
The surface of the steel pipe should be dry, free of dust and oil stains.
The blend polyol and isocyanate should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire.
Recommended storage temperature for blend polyol is 15~30ºC.
Recommended storage temperature for isocyanate is 15~35ºC,it can be heated by electric stove or heating belt in winte

Safety Precautions

Direct contact with SDP2207 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed
