SDG2102 is a kind of blend polyol used for pipe insulation system for city heating or cooling. When it combined with isocyanate(PM200) leads to the formation of rigid polyurethane foam by using PU injection foam equipment .The foam formed has the characteristics as following:
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire.
Recommended storage temperature: 15~25ºC.Direct contact with SDG2102 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
