Product Description

TY-8243 is a kind of light, insulation, noise reduction material which used for the alternative solution for the traffic industry. The open cell flexible PU foam can be used to form a seamless airtight sealing layer inside the bus compartment, so that will effectively reduce the heat loss, noise and vibration, and greatly improve the comfort of passengers. TY-8243 type blend polyol foam has the characteristics as following:

Additional Information
  1. Maximum per pass thickness is 50mm, spraying thicker can result in spontaneous combustion and poor overall spray foam quality
  2. Internal temperature of installed pass must be 25ºC before installing subsequent passes maximum thickness during 24h period is 203mm (8inches)
  3. Like most of foam product,foam made by TY-8243 is combustible, an thermal barrier must be installed in accordance with approved construction standards TY-8243
  4. The service temperature of the foam with TY-8243 is between -60~80ºC.

Storage Recommendations

The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.

Shelf life: 2 months, please test before using after 2 months storage.
Safety Precautions

Direct contact with TY-8243 can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.

Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
