DESCRIPTION
SDP 1235 building wall insulation system blend polyol is a kind of spray rigid PU foam blend polyol, specially used for the insulation of building external wall. It used together with isocyanate(PM-200) to make rigid PU foam through PU spray machine. The foam produced has the characteristics as following:
1. Zero ozone depleting blowing agent
2. The strong adhesive force, convenient construction and no seams.
3. The low thermal conductivity, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.
4. The long service life.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1.Maximum per pass thickness is 50mm,Spraying thicker can result in spontaneous combustion and poor overall spray foam quality
2.Internal temperature of installed pass must be 25ºC before installing subsequent passes Maximum thickness during 24h period is 203mm(8inches) 3. Like most of foam product,foam made by SDP 1234is combustible,An thermal barrier must be installed in accordance with approved construction standards SDP 1234
4. The service temperature of the foam with SDP 1234 is between -60~80ºC.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC. Shelf life: 3 months, please test before using after 3 months storage.
SAFTY PRECAUTIONS
Direct contact with SDP 1235 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken. Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.). Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
