SD-5631 polyether polyol is a general purpose, nominal 3000 molecular weight, homopolymer triol used in the manufacture of flexible slabstock polyurethane foams which are used in the manufacturing of mattress and furniture. It is a BHT-free product that processes well on all types of foam machinery.

The polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC. Shelf life: 12 months
Direct contact with polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
