Discontinuous Sandwich Panel Rigid PU Foam
DESCRIPTION
SDB23D is a kind of blend polyol used for discontinuous sandwich panel designed with HCFC-141B system. SDB23D type sandwich panel is a kind of thermal insulation panel which used for cold storage, using rigid PU foam as core layer, metal material or other materials as the surface of the panels. The sandwich panel can cover different kinds of materials such as color steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum plated zinc plat. The SDB23D type foam has the following characteristics:
  1. The production process is relatively simple, less equipment investment
  2. The bonding of rigid PU foam and steel material is very good.
  3. Good flame retardant performance, the index of oxygen can reach up 24%.
  4. Easy install, cold storage construction is very convenient.
  5. Cold storage panel can be used repeatedly.
