SDL 3202 is a kind of blend polyol designed with water as blowing agent, used for the continuous line, color steel sandwich panel rigid PU foam. It is widely used for the production of building roof panel, factory out wall panel, door panel and so on.. The foam produced has the characteristics as following:
1. It has a good bonding effect with the steel.
2. The low thermal conductivity, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.

This kind of blend polyol is suggested better combined with isocyanate(PM-400). The foam have good strength and good dimensional stability.
1. This product is suitable for the production of roof panels and wall panels with a thickness of 15-25mm.
2. The foam machine can make accurate flux, can be calibrated, the range of fluctuation≤1g/s. Stable pressure in high pressure, he range of fluctuation≤5bar. Raw material temperature can be controlled, control range 18ºC-28ºC.
3. The temperature of the belt on machine can be adjusted, temperature range 35ºC-80ºC, and the temperature difference of up and down belt ≤5ºC, the belt speed is stable.
4. The suitable temperature of SDL 3202 foam product is -30ºC to 70ºC

Direct contact with SDL 3202 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
1. Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
2. Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
