SD2232 is a kind of blend polyol used for discontinuous sandwich panel designed with HCFC-141B system. SD2232 type sandwich panel is a kind of thermal insulation panel which used for cold storage, using rigid PU foam as core layer, metal material or other materials as the surface of the panels. The sandwich panel can cover different kinds of materials such as color steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum plated zinc plat. The SD2232 type foam has the following characteristics:

The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire.
Recommended storage temperature: 15~25ºC.12 months
Direct contact with SD2232 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
