SD2401/SD2402 is mainly used for thermal insulation layer of the refrigerator and freezer. SD2401 is designed for cyclopentane material as the physical blowing agent, while SD2402 is designed for 141b as the physical blowing agent. It used together with isocyanate(PM-200) to make rigid PU foam through PU injection foam machine. The foam produced has the characteristics as following:

The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire.
Recommended storage temperature: 15~25ºC.Direct contact with SD2401/SD2402 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
