Lupranate® M20S is a solvent-free product, based on 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), containing isomers and oligomers. The functionality is approximately 2.7.Lupranate® M20S is suitable for the production of rigid cellular polyurethanes by molding, spraying or frothing. It can be used for semi-rigid foam and flexible foam such as sound insulation, integral skin foam, high resilience flexible foam, packing foam, sealant and adhesive and binder

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Lupranate® M20S must be protected from moisture. The ideal storage temperature is 15ºC to 35ºC. Under these conditions and when moisture is excluded, the shelf life of Lupranate®M20S is 12 months. Drums must be kept airtight. Storage tanks should be blanketed with dry air or nitrogen. Long storage leads to a lasting increase of viscosity depending on the temperature. In extreme cases a precipitate may form which will not be removed by heating. If the product becomes cold, the viscosity will increase. This may lead to problems in processing. Storage for long periods below -5ºC can lead to partial crystallization
