POP-2010 polyol is a unique grafted polyether polyol containing copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile,its solid content is 10%. It is manufactured without the use of BHT.POP-2010 polyol is designed for use to increase foam hardness in the manufacture of slabstock foam and VE memory foam. It can be used to produce high-load-bearing foams over a wide density range.POP-2010 can be used in formulations utilizing all TDI, TDI /Polymeric MDI blends or all Polymeric MDI compositions.

The polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.
Shelf life: 12 months
Direct contact with polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
