DESCRIPTION
Blend Polyol SDB 2232 is a kind of blend polyol used for discontinuous sandwich panel designed with HCFC-141B system. SDB 2232 type sandwich panel is a kind of thermal insulation panel which used for cold storage, using rigid PU foam as core layer, metal material or other materials as the surface of the panels. The sandwich panel can cover different kinds of materials such as color steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum plated zinc plat. The SDB 2232 type foam has the following characteristics:

1. It is recommended to control the temperature during foaming,Including mold temperature, material temperature, environmental temperature and so on.
2. Suggest puting the finished panel not less than 20 ºC environment for at least 24h, Avoid occurrencing obvious thermal expansion cold shrink for environmental temperature changing too big.
