RIGID PU FOAM FOR PIPE INJECTION INSULATION
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
SDB2237 is an environmentally friendly rigid polyurethane foam polyether specially used for the production of discontinuous panel.It used together with isocyanate(PM-200) to make rigid PU foam through PU injection foam machine. The foam produced has the characteristics as following:
- The thermal conductivity is low, which can meets the requirements of city heating and energy saving.
- Service life of the foam is very long, over 30 years.
- High temperature resistance and good dimensional stability of the foam, the highest temperature range is 140 ºC.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.
Shelf life: 6 months

USAGE ATTENTIONS:
It is recommended to control the temperature during foaming,Including mold temperature, material temperature, environmental
temperature and so on. It is recommended to place the finished sandwich panel in an environment of no less than 20 ºC for at least 24 hours to avoid
significant thermal expansion and contraction caused by excessive temperature changes in the environment.

Direct contact with SDB2237 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skinallergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken. Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.). Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
