SDB2232 is a kind of blend polyol used for discontinuous sandwich panel designed with HCFC-141B system. SDB2232 type sandwich panel is a kind of thermal insulation panel which used for cold storage, using rigid PU foam as core layer, metal material or other materials as the surface of the panels. The sandwich panel can cover different kinds of materials such as color steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum plated zinc plat. Usage Attentions
It is recommended to control the temperature during foaming,Including mold temperature, material temperature, environmental temperature and so on.
It is recommended to place the finished sandwich panel in an environment of no less than 20 ºC for at least 24 hours to avoid significant thermal expansion and contraction caused by excessive temperature changes in the environment.
Storage Recommendations
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.
Safety Precautions
Direct contact with SDB2232 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
