Product Description
Catalyst A1-- Bis(2-dimethylaminoethyl) ether, the
highly active polyurethane catalyst, which is widely used
in all types of foams, especially in flexible foam which
need high permeability foam structure and are
difficult to process.

Appearance: Transparent liquid
Density @25ºC: 0.93-0.98g/cm3
Water content: ≤1.50%
Performance
•To achieve equilibrium in the reaction of polyols and
isocyanate.
•The catalyst is water soluble and therefore easy to measure.
•Minimize both density gradient of the whole foam block and
compression permanent deformation of the model foam.
•The dosage can control the foam rising and setting time, but it
does not affect the operating range of tin catalyst.
