RIGID PU FOAM FOR HOME USED APPLIANCES
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
SD2401/SD2402 is mainly used for thermal insulation layer of the refrigerator and freezer. SD2401 is designed for cp material as the physical blowing agent, while SD2402 is designed for 141b as the physical blowing agent. When it combined with isocyanate leads to the formation of rigid polyurethane foam by using PU foam machine. The foam formed has the characteristics as following:

1. Good flowing property
2. The pore in the core of the foam is very less.
3. Low thermal conductivity and so on.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire.
Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Direct contact with SD2702 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
